Arunachal Tribal Discovery Trail
12 Days · Assam · Arunachal Pradesh · Nagaland
Expedition overview
A journey through the tribal landscapes of Arunachal Pradesh visiting the homelands of the Apatani, Tagin, Galo and Adi communities while exploring valleys, mountain roads, remote villages and river systems.
Why choose this expedition
- Stay inside Apatani villages — Hija and Hong — not just visit them.
- Travel the Subansiri corridor to Daporijo to meet Tagin communities still off the standard map.
- Cross the Brahmaputra by ferry from Pasighat to Dibrugarh — a journey, not a transfer.
- End in Konyak country at Longwa, joining the threads of Naga and Arunachali tribal worlds.
