Festival dates in Northeast India are frequently fixed by village councils, tribal bodies or state tourism departments only weeks in advance, and permit rules (Protected Area Permit and Inner Line Permit) change by government circular. We research and re-verify every date and permit note against official sources, but we publish them as guidance, not as a guarantee. Confirm with the organising body or with us before booking non-refundable travel.
